Passport Accountability Tags
Our passport accountability tags are made from high-quality two-tone acrylic and are available in a variety of colors. Our most common colors include:

- Red on white
- Black on white
- Blue on white
Accountability Tag Specifications
- Two-tone, high-quality acrylic
- 2” x .375” (custom sizes available)
- 1/16″ thick
- Industrial-strength, brand-name VelcroTM adhesive or magnetic tape backing with 3M adhesive
- We can optionally include strips of loop VelcroTM with your order for adhering the tags to the underside of helmets.

Passport Collectors
Standard-size passport collectors are 2.5″ x 3.25″ and accommodate 6 tags. Custom sizes are also available upon request. Collectors can be printed in a variety of color combinations. See a complete list of available colors here.
Standard collectors include the company designation at the top and use loop VelcroTM to fasten member tags securely.
Passport collectors are fully customizable. We can also print riding or assignment positions on the tag for easy identification of member assignments.

Truck Signage
Truck signage is made with high-quality indoor/outdoor acrylic. We can make signage in a variety of colors and any desired size or shape. We recommend 4×6” (postcard) sized signage for individual truck compartments.
Signage can be backed with magnetic tape, VelcroTM, or 3M VHBTM adhesive.
Truck signage is useful for labeling inventory, displaying important information (e.g., pump pressures), or simply customizing the appearance of your rig. All signage is fully customizable (colors, sizes, shapes, and design) to your individual needs.

Custom Artwork
We can accommodate custom artwork (a company logo or design) that you want engraved onto your tags, collectors, or signage. Please contact us for a free quote on logo or design conversion. We try very hard to avoid charging any fees if the artwork is “laser-ready” and sent in an appropriate format (vector PDF, SVG, or comparable file).
Shipping
We typically ship USPS Ground. Most orders ship for less than $10. Free delivery to the Rochester, NY metropolitan area.

The only time we may require a design fee is for an unusually complex or large project. This is very rare.

Yes, we offer free digital proofs for accountability tags. Proofs will be provided 24-48 hours after your order is placed.
